The Cruise Dining Reservation Nightmare
On my second NCL Aqua cruise, I boarded around 11:50 a.m. and joined the specialty dining reservation line by 12:15. By the time I reached the front, most of the restaurants and dinner times I wanted were already unavailable. Cagney’s was mainly offering 9:15 p.m. or later. The only earlier reservation I managed to secure was Sukhothai at 6:30 p.m. After experiencing similar problems on both of my Norwegian Aqua cruises, booking specialty dining became my biggest frustration.
