In the evening the Grill on Victory I becomes the Tuscan Grill where guests cook their own meat choices on a hot stone at their table. Choose from two types of beef steak, jumbo shrimp, tuna steak or the mixed grill. The side dishes were spectacular. I loved the asparagus, wrapped in bacon and seasoned with lemon. The broccoli was spicy and delicious. The pasta was cheesy and perfect. In my opinion, they should just offer some spices or sauces to go with the grilled meat.
