After cruising through 40+ locks on Canada’s Trent-Severn Waterway, we’ve learned there’s a LOT more to this journey than simply locking our boat up and down! From busy locks in the middle of small Ontario towns to remote lock walls where we spent the night, this stretch gave us a pretty good look at what cruising the Trent-Severn is really like. In this episode, we continue our Great Loop through Ontario, Canada, cruising through Bobcaygeon, experiencing the incredible Kirkfield Lift Lock, camping out near Lock 39, and navigating some surprisingly narrow sections of the Trent-Severn Waterway.
