Think losing weight on a cruise is impossible? Most people blame the buffet, but the real problem isn’t the food—it’s the choices. This is Day 8 of my challenge to lose weight while eating at an all-you-can-eat buffet aboard the Carnival Adventure cruise ship. Instead of avoiding the buffet, I’m proving you can still enjoy your holiday, eat until you’re satisfied, and continue working towards your weight-loss goals. The three simple habits that helped me lose more than 20kg are: * Prioritise protein first. * Fill the rest of your plate with vegetables and salad. * Fast for at least 16 hours before your next meal. I don’t count every calorie, and I don’t starve myself. I focus on making better food choices that keep me full for longer while still enjoying everything a cruise holiday has to offer. Follow along as I document every day of this journey, sharing exactly what I eat, how I stay disciplined, and whether it’s really possible to lose weight at an unlimited buffet. If you’ve ever wondered: * Can you lose weight on a cruise? * Is intermittent fasting effective? * What’s the best food to eat at a buffet? * How do you stay healthy while travelling? * Can high-protein meals help with weight loss? Then this series is for you. Subscribe and follow the journey as I continue testing whether you can enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet without gaining weight. #WeightLoss #CruiseLife #IntermittentFasting #CarnivalAdventure #HighProtein
