This was our first group cruise we put together on the NCL Aqua. Embarkation was a nightmare due to a new system that was developed by the cruise line. After spending more then 4 hours to embark on the cruise due to system glitches we finally boarded, however, it was not over! we spent another 9 hours at guest services trying to resolve the problem. The day prior we stood at La Quinta Inn Miami Airport North. I can ensure you the hotel was anything but well put together. Despite the ceiling chipping away and falling on the bed, we made the best of it. This was a lesson learned budget hotels are not always the best option.
