Princess Cruises is raising package prices from October 13th, with Princess Plus and Premier both going up and its standalone four-device WiFi plan discontinued. And a Florida mother is facing four counts of child neglect after authorities say she left her four children home alone to go on a three-night Carnival cruise, and was arrested when the ship returned to PortMiami.
