CitizenM hotel Brickell, is it really trendy? My honest opinion in the description. #hotel

Before cruising, I booked a one night stay at the CitizenM Miami Brickell location. Mt husband and I arrived before 11 am because we came off a cruise that morning. I was told I could not check in early because the night before was Valentine’s Day and they had a full house. I had a massage scheduled for 1:30 that afternoon, so I went to ask if my husband would be able to do the check in. My husband provided his identification and he was able to be added to the reservation. My husband checked in around 2:30. The entrance was a bit confusing for many guests because you have to take the elevator to the second floor to guest services/lobby/restaurant. There’s outdoor seating on the second floor with greenery all around. There’s outdoor room was comfy and quaint. The bed was comfortable. Because the “bed won”, getting on and off the bed was tough. I opted to sleep by the window. The bathroom lighting was good. The whole room and bathroom was controlled by an iPad. The iPad was cracked. There was water damage by the desk. The bed only had twin pillows. It would have been great to have two pillows per person. The single pillow per guest was uncomfortable. The rooftop hotel and bar had a great view of Miami. The pool looked inviting and a great size. Check in and checkout is through an iPad. The lobby has many seating options. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Would you stay here? As a Travel Advisor, I would not place my older clients with mobility issues there because of the bed layout. #travelagent #travel #hotel
