"Mother Gothel" on the Disney Magic!! #disneycruise #broadwayatsea #marlanadunn
Correction!!! The performer in this video is actually Marlana Dunn (not Gail Bennett) Did you know Broadway stars perform on Disney cruises? 🎭🌊 As a long time dance mom, I will never stop being amazed 😮 by truly exceptional performers. On my Disney Magic sailing 🚢 from San Diego to Vancouver this spring, Marlana Dunn absolutely stopped me in my tracks. 🎬🎶 She played Mother Gothel in Tangled: The Musical on board, then later in the sailing performed an intimate cabaret-style set in Fathoms 🎤 that was honestly unforgettable (I am not exaggerating!) ✨ This short clip doesn't capture the full power of her performance! I will share a few more clips in the future. I find myself watching and re-watching them! 👀that'll Here's what most people don't realize: Disney Cruise Line's theatre shows are already Broadway-calibre 🎭 as standard. But on select sailings, guests can also experience special Broadway Stars 🌟 performances from incredible talent who have performed on Broadway and beyond. That's one of the things I love ❤️ about Disney Cruise Line. You can enjoy spectacular theatre-style entertainment 🎟️ on many nights of your sailing, and sometimes even experience powerhouse performers 💥 in a much smaller, more personal venue onboard like this. Disney Parks have incredible Broadway-quality entertainment too, but there's something extra special ✨ about seeing it at sea 🌊 after a day of relaxing, exploring a port, or making family memories 👨👩👧👦 together. And yes, this dance mom is excitedly counting down ⏳ to my Alaska sailing 🛳️ next month, where Broadway stars Diana Huey and Callum Francis are scheduled to be onboard. 🎭✨ Want to experience Broadway at sea? Reach out 📲 to get started planning your Disney Cruise! There are lots of good promotions 💸 on select sailings right now if you want to sail this year especially. #DisneyCruiseLine #BroadwayAtSea #DisneyMagic #marlanadunn
