Miguel Maestre vs Dan Hong. Japan. Miguel and Dan set sail aboard Diamond Princess ready to arrive in Japan ready to explore, eat and find the inspiration that will give them the edge. Miguel discovers the secrets of onsen eggs and Bungo Wagyu, while Dan gets hands-on with traditional cooking techniques and explores the surprising culinary offerings on board ship. Meanwhile, Peter Helliar is taking a slightly different approach to Japan — starting with the ship's spa before trying a black sand sauna. But there's no time to relax for the chefs.
