One Cruise To Do In New Zealand (and it's not Milford Sound)
I know, I know!! There’s already so much to do in New Zealand, and now this one too?! Let me explain. There are experiences you do to elevate your trip, and then there are experiences you do to make the trip truly memorable. This is one of those. I know how expensive New Zealand can be, and when it comes to recommending experiences to our audience, we’re very picky. We share a lot of experiences so you know what’s out there and can choose what works for you. But there are some that we genuinely cannot recommend enough. This is one of those. You cruise past the famous Wānaka Tree, weave through the islands, stop to explore on foot, and if you’re brave enough, you can even swim in that ridiculously clear water with the Southern Alps all around you. Depending on when you go, you’ll visit Mou Waho Island, where you can walk up to the hidden Arethusa Pool, or Ruby and Stevensons Islands, with their beaches, native bush and birdlife. And the best part, as always, was the people. Our guide is incredibly passionate about the outdoors, and he made us see the same mountains, native trees and water in a completely different way. PS: I was in tears again looking at what was in front of me. This has happened only three times in my entire life. Thank you @reelsouthcharter for hosting us. This is going to stay with us for a very, very long time. 📍 Half-Day Lake Wānaka Islands Tour Comment “CRUISE” and we’ll send you the link to the one we did! #wanaka #lakewanaka #cruisewanaka #nztravel #purenz
