Puertorrican Weekend in Colorado: Balloons, Bagels & a Little Gambling 🇵🇷🏔️

🇵🇷🏔️ Come enjoy the weekend with a Puerto Rican living in Colorado! This weekend was a little bit of EVERYTHING — bagels, Colorado views, hot air balloons, Mexican food, exploring small towns… and yes, a little gambling. 😂🎰 Saturday started at the Black Forest Farmers Market, where we found some REALLY good bagels and a delicious croissant to enjoy with coffee from home. 🥯🥐☕ Then we headed up to Denver for Thai food at Hey Bangkok! 🇹🇭🍜 We finished Saturday back in Colorado Springs with a walk at Palmer Park, enjoying those beautiful Colorado mountain views. 🏔️ Sunday started EARLY at the Colorado Springs Labor Day Lift Off 🎈 — one of my favorite ways to spend Labor Day weekend in Colorado Springs. After watching the hot air balloons, we were hungry, so we stopped at El Campesino for Mexican food. 🌮🇲🇽 Then it was time for a little road trip! 🚗 We explored Victor, Colorado, before heading to one of our favorite places: Cripple Creek! 🎰 Last time I went gambling in Cripple Creek, I LOST money. 😭😂 Go watch that video if you haven’t seen it! But THIS time… things went a little differently. 👀💵 I actually left with MORE money than I started with!
