MSC Virtuosa Cruise: team Aurea or Yacht Club?
🚢 THE FINAL EPISODE! | MSC Virtuosa – Bay of Biscay, Cherbourg & Final Review Welcome back to Travel Blog Jamie! This is the final episode of our one-week cruise onboard MSC Virtuosa, sailing from Southampton to France and Spain. In this final instalment, we have another sea day as we sail across the Bay of Biscay from La Coruña towards Cherbourg, France. There’s plenty happening onboard as we make the most of our final full day at sea, including activities, events, classes and entertainment. We’ll also be dining at one of MSC Virtuosa’s speciality restaurants, Butcher’s Cut, to see what the experience is like and whether it’s worth the extra cost. Then it’s our final port of call, Cherbourg, France 🇫🇷. I’ll be spending some time in the ship’s thermal suite in the morning before heading ashore to explore Cherbourg independently and sharing some ideas and tips for things you could do during your visit. I’ll also cover everything you need to know about disembarkation in Southampton, including the checkout process and what happens on the final morning. Does a huge ship like this lead to overcrowding and issues? And, as this brings our MSC Virtuosa adventure to an end, I’ll be sharing my final thoughts and reflections on the cruise, including the big question: Aurea or Yacht Club; which package is best? After experiencing both, I’ll compare the benefits, dining, service, facilities and overall experience to help you decide which option could be right for your next MSC cruise. Thank you so much for joining me throughout this entire MSC Virtuosa series. I hope you’ve enjoyed coming along for the journey!
