I Tested the DJI Osmo 360 at an Elephant Sanctuary in Thailand

We took the new DJI Osmo 360 on its first real travel adventure: hiking alongside five Asian elephants at Joy Elephant Sanctuary in Chiang Mai, Thailand. This was my first time using a 360 camera, so I wanted to find out whether it could capture an entire travel experience without needing several different cameras. We tested it while hiking, feeding elephants, visiting a waterfall and getting much closer to the elephants than I expected! The DJI Osmo 360 captured some incredible angles and gave us footage that would have been difficult to film with a traditional camera. But after dealing with overheating, fast battery drain, massive files and the time required to reframe every clip, is it really practical as your only travel camera?
