You Don’t Have to Skip the Dream Trip: How We Afforded Running with the Bulls

Running with the bulls in Pamplona was a dream experience, but once I saw how much San Fermín could cost, I seriously considered skipping it. In this video, I'm breaking down how we made this bucket-list experience work without abandoning our travel budget. I'll share what we spent, the choices that helped us save, what we would do differently, and whether attending the Running of the Bulls was ultimately worth the cost. As full-time travelers, we’ve learned that traveling long-term doesn’t mean saying yes to every expensive experience. It means deciding which moments matter most and finding creative ways to make room for them. If a dream trip has ever felt financially out of reach, we hope this video helps you think differently about what may be possible.
