The cruise may be over, but the big question remains… would we do this Baja itinerary again? It’s disembarkation day aboard Holland America’s Zaandam, and that means our 7-Day Baja Peninsula cruise has officially come to an end. After one last breakfast onboard, we walk through the full disembarkation process in San Diego, share some tips about luggage tags and getting off the ship, and begin the long journey home to snowy Edmonton. And yes… we finally get reunited with our three spoiled Yorkies. That alone made coming home worth it. But this episode is more than just travel day. Once we’re home, Steph and I sit down for our full honest recap of the entire cruise, including our thoughts on: 🚢 The Zaandam 🛏️ Our Ocean View stateroom 🍽️ Food and dining 🎭 Entertainment 🌴 Cabo, La Paz, and Loreto ⚓ Tender ports and excursion stress 🤔 And the big question… would we do this itinerary again? This was a very different cruise from our Alaska and Great Bear Rainforest sailings, and we share the good, the challenging, and everything in between. As always, we’re keeping it real.
