NCL's Free At Sea Isn't Exactly Free
NCL's Free at Sea package makes it look like you're getting stuff, well, for free. Well, You're Not. On a typical cruise you're paying about $37 a day for it but it does include drinks, some specialty dining, some Wi-Fi, and shore excursion credits. But there's catches to all of those. The Wi-Fi is only 150 minutes and no streaming. The open bar doesn't include Starbucks or bottled water. And that shore excursion credit? First guest only. But it's still worth it if you drink a few cocktails a day, eat at specialty restaurants, and book NCL excursions. But skip it if you don't do any of those things. You're paying for perks you'll never use. And what about free at sea plus? I break down the full numbers in the long-form video check out the link in my bio.
