OUR FIRST DAY IN ICELAND! | Exploring Iceland’s Lava Caves, Lava Fields & More
After finally arriving in Iceland, it’s time to get out and explore! We head out for a huge first day exploring some incredible places across the Reykjanes Peninsula, including the Bridge Between Continents, Brimketill Lava Rock Pool, Efrahóp Lava Field, Krýsuvík, Kleifarvatn and the fascinating Leiðarendi Lava Cave. We then stop at Bónus to stock up on food before heading to our accommodation for our time in Iceland, the cosy Fossatún Camping Pods in Borgarnes. And this is only DAY ONE… Our Iceland adventure is just getting started, and there’s a very exciting cruise waiting for us at the end of it!
