Today we’re exploring Ísafjörður, Iceland as part of our Virgin Voyages Valiant Lady cruise from Iceland to New York City! We start the day with a sunrise jog around Valiant Lady’s running track, followed by brunch at The Wake, before heading ashore to explore Ísafjörður, hiking around the town and stopping at Dokkan Brugghús to try a flight of local Icelandic beers. Back onboard, we grab lunch, relax in the hot tub and make the most of the ship before getting ready for the evening, including souvenirs from the Virgin Voyages shop, drinks at The Dock and dinner at Ariya by Razzle Dazzle. But the day doesn’t end there… Valiant Lady sailed us straight towards the AURORA. And what happened next was the brightest Aurora we’ve ever experienced.
