Race Order:Early heats lead off with the Women's Division qualifiers (including teams like Empress of Hearts, Spirit Abreast, and Momentum).The program then cycles systematically through the Mixed Division and Junior Division qualifiers.Subsequent rounds move directly into the semi-finals and placement finals based on advancement rules (e.g., top finishers advancing to higher-tier championship finals, while lower seeds drop to consolation brackets). Late Afternoon: The Oddball 2K Challenge Start Time: Approximately 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM (following a mandatory safety briefing for steering pilots held 30 minutes prior). Structure: 33 teams will hit the water for this specialized stamina race.Race Order: Instead of a side-by-side sprint, the 2K challenge is run as a staggered time-trial with continuous loops and turns across False Creek.
