In this full ship tour and review, we take a look at the Norwegian Bliss from a value perspective. We managed to snag a balcony upgrade for three people for just $1,360 for five nights. While the ship feels modern and elegant, there are definitely some pros and cons you should know before booking. From the incredible 270-degree Observation Lounge to some surprising "lost in translation" moments with the service and dining, here is our honest take and why we gave the ship a letter grade "B."
