We used local company Xplorenordfjord to explore the stunning nearby towns of Stryn and Olden. 🥾 Hike Highlight: Rakssetra (A steep 900 ft elevation gain with an unforgettable panoramic view of the turquoise lake). 🍽️ Food to try: Traditional Norwegian breakfast and caramelized brown cheese (brunost) at Stryn Kaffebar. 📍 GEIRANGER: A beautiful port you can easily explore entirely on foot or via a local tour. 🚶♂️ Free Activity: Walk right alongside the rushing Storfossen waterfall via the metal stairs near the Norwegian Fjord Centre. 🚌 Excursion: The classic coach bus tour navigating Geiranger's famous, hair-raising hairpin turns to elevated viewpoints. 📍 BERGEN: Norway's historic second-largest city. The cruise port is a flat, easy 20-minute walk downtown. 🌭 Food to try: Reindeer sausage at the legendary Trekroneren hot dog stand, and fresh seafood at the historic outdoor Fish Market.
