The Carnaval Andino con la Fuerza del Sol...where dancers from three countries doned in feathers and faith fill the streets for three unforgettable days! From the Eiffel-designed San Marcos Cathedral to the history of El Morro hill, the stunning coastline and all while the carnaval burst with color, celebration and music!
