Seven days, three countries, and one week that somehow delivered on every impossible thing we hoped it would. ⛴️ We started in Athens, set sail from Piraeus, and woke up the next morning to the blue domes of Santorini looking exactly like the postcards promised. From there it just kept going: ✨ Ancient Olympia, where we stood in the actual birthplace of the Olympics and ran the original track ✨ Corfu for sea caves and the view down over the water from Lakones ✨ Dubrovnik, where Buža Bar came with a cliff jump we couldn’t talk ourselves out of ✨ Split, which handed us a full day wandering inside Diocletian’s Palace like we’d time-traveled ✨ Koper, Slovenia, where we closed it out with an Aperol spritz in Tito Square And the ship itself pulled its weight, because some of our favorite moments happened onboard NCL between ports, from singing our hearts out at karaoke to the kind of nights where you look at each other and realize you’re genuinely having the time of your lives. The thing nobody tells you about a Mediterranean cruise is that you unpack exactly once and let the ship do the driving overnight, so instead of burning days on airports and transfers, we spent our energy on the actual places. If a multi-country trip has always felt like too much to pull off, this is the format that quietly makes it doable for real life. Follow along for more real-life couple travel. 🚢
