🚢 Big itinerary news for anyone sailing Royal Caribbean in early 2027
🚢 Big itinerary news for anyone sailing Royal Caribbean in early 2027. The cruise line just confirmed it is extending the suspension of all Labadee visits through June 2027, wiping out the 62 port calls that were scheduled for the first half of next year. Some of the biggest ships in the fleet were set to visit, including Star of the Seas and the brand new Legend of the Seas. 🌴 Impacted guests started receiving itinerary updates on July 14, and the replacement ports vary depending on your ship and sail date. Letters going out so far show swaps to Perfect Day at CocoCay, Nassau, Puerto Plata, Samana, Cozumel, Costa Maya, and Ponce, Puerto Rico. A few Legend of the Seas sailings are also losing Falmouth, Jamaica in the shuffle. Any Royal Caribbean shore excursions booked for the dropped ports will be cancelled and refunded automatically, so that part takes care of itself. If you are booked on one of these sailings, log into your cruise planner and look over the revised itinerary soon, because excursions in the replacement ports tend to sell out once thousands of rerouted guests start booking at the same time. 🛳️ Labadee has been a fleet favorite for decades, from the zipline over the water to those quiet beach coves.
