There is no free option, so don't go hunting for one • Canton has roughly 20 hotels and they are gone early. We booked Akron in November, months before the class was announced • The Gold Jacket Dinner was the highlight of the whole weekend — general public tables go on Ticketmaster about a month out • $75 seats at the top of the stadium beat the $300 floor seats. The floor gets zero shade and it hit 90° • Skip the fan fest, and watch the morning parade online. Save your energy for the ceremony 🏈 WHY CANTON? The NFL was born there in 1920, in a Canton auto dealership where team owners sat on the running boards of cars because there weren't enough chairs. I get into that story in the video.
