Norfolk, Virginia became one of the newest year-round homeports on the East Coast when Carnival started sailing from the city year-round in 2025. We sailed out of Norfolk in April 2026 aboard the Carnival Sunshine for an 8-day cruise, and it was our first time embarking at the port.
