50th Birthday Cruise on Celebrity Xcel Day 6 Grand Cayman - Breakfast

Think cruise buffet food has to be boring? Think again! It's Day 6 aboard the beautiful Celebrity Xcel, and we're starting the morning at Oceanview Café with one of my favorite breakfast discoveries—the Create Your Own Eggs Benedict Station! 🍳 As someone who loves making Eggs Benedict at home, I was excited to see this offered onboard. The best part? You can customize it exactly the way you like it and pair it with any of the delicious sides available throughout the buffet. The possibilities are almost endless! One thing I love about cruising is that every day brings something new to discover—whether it's a hidden gem on the ship, a new destination, or a dish you've never tried before. Another station I absolutely love is the Build Your Own Congee Bar. Fun fact: Congee is a comforting rice porridge enjoyed throughout Asia and is often considered the ultimate comfort food. For me, it's the perfect breakfast after a fun night onboard! 😄 And speaking of new adventures... we've officially arrived in Grand Cayman! 🌴 This is a tender port, which means we'll be taking smaller boats from the ship to shore.
