Is the Royal Caribbean Unlimited Dining Package worth it? I bought the Unlimited Dining Package for my two-night Liberty of the Seas cruise and paid £28.93 per person, per day. In this video, I explain exactly how Royal Caribbean Unlimited Dining works, which speciality restaurants are included, how reservations work, when you can use the package for lunch and the extra charges you need to watch for. I used my package at Chops Grille, Giovanni’s Table, Johnny Rockets and Izumi, which meant I tried every speciality restaurant on Liberty of the Seas during my two-night cruise. I’ll also explain why Chef’s Table nearly caught me out with an additional charge, the extra cost for Izumi hibachi, why restaurant opening times matter and how the number of speciality restaurants on your ship can affect whether Unlimited Dining represents good value. I then stayed onboard Liberty of the Seas for another seven-night cruise and ate entirely at the included dining venues, so I’ll also explain whether I think Unlimited Dining is really necessary and whether I’d buy it again.
