Swan Reach to Berri || Chasing the Murray River || Summer Tour 2024
Jumped straight into our first camp after Swan Reach, not much travel stuff in that I'm sorry. In fact, not much travel stuff at all! So what was the episode about? It's all about the stuff you can see and do even if you are based in a spot. Sometimes it's about the journey rather than destinations. If you were so inclined you'd likely be able to do a Murray river journey in a couple of days, one end to the other. But, this series is not about that. It's about sussing out stuff in-between. Caveat - we did have an end date for this trip, or this part of the Summer Tour because of a pre-booked (like 6-8 months prior) ferry booking. We had t make that ferry. But, we deliberately chose not to hurry this trip up. As you will learn, if you follow along with us, we have more to explore and that gives us a reason and motivation to to get back down to this wonderful part of our country, Australia.
