Cruise crew explore Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam! 🇻🇳 From Phu My Port, we had just one day to experience the famous Apartment Café, Central Post Office, War Remnants Museum… and somehow survive crossing the CRAZY roads! 😱 Join us for a full day exploring Saigon as cruise ship crew - from chaotic streets and incredible cafés to emotional history, dinner and the perfect sailaway back from Phu My Port! 🚢🌅 Working on a cruise ship and travelling around Southeast Asia means making the most of every port day - and this time, we had the chance to explore the incredible city of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam! With one day ashore from Phu My Port, we headed into the city ready to see as much as possible… although nobody quite prepared us for the traffic! 😂 Crossing the roads in Ho Chi Minh City was definitely an experience in itself. With scooters and motorbikes coming from every direction, we quickly realised that getting from one side of the road to the other was going to be an adventure! 😱😂 During our day exploring the city, we visited some of Ho Chi Minh City's most famous and fascinating places. ☕ The famous Apartment Café — exploring the cafés hidden inside one of the city's most unique buildings. 📮 Saigon Central Post Office — one of the most beautiful and recognisable buildings in Ho Chi Minh City. 🏛️ War Remnants Museum — a powerful and emotional part of our day that gave us a deeper insight into Vietnam's history. After a busy day of sightseeing and exploring, we finished with dinner before heading back to the ship. And of course, there was only one perfect way to end a port day… SAILAWAY!🚢🌅 Watching the ship leave Phu My Port after an unforgettable day in Vietnam was the perfect ending to our Ho Chi Minh City adventure.
