This episode goes behind the scenes ahead of the hotel's Antarctica season opening, including Uncharted, the hotel's boutique featuring keepsakes from Chilean artisans, and a guided Pisco cocktail masterclass paired with wine tastings drawn from Patagonia's viticultural history. The Cormorant is the gateway to Silversea's Antarctica Fly Cruise itineraries. Guests fly by private charter from Santiago to Puerto Williams, stay one night at the hotel, then continue to King George Island for embarkation, repeating the stopover on the way back. Between flights, guests can explore Puerto Williams through nature walks, hiking, kayaking, and wildlife watching. Staff are trained in The Silversea Way, the brand's standard for personalized service carried over from ship to hotel. The Cormorant operates seasonally from October to March.
