We often receive questions about the “Memory Package”, so here’s a more specific overview of what you can expect regarding the actual deliverables 👇 • Photos and videos are usually delivered between 2 and 14 days after disembarkation. • The travel diary is delivered within approximately 90 days after disembarkation. If you haven’t received your content after these timeframes, don’t worry — simply contact our Concierge team at concierge@swanhellenic.com, and we’ll look into it for you. In some cases, delays may occur due to connectivity limitations in the remote regions we sail through. PS: It's included in your cruise ;)
