Day 2 of our Virgin Voyages Brilliant Lady Alaska cruise was a sea day, and it turned into one of our favorite days of the trip. We did a full ship tour, spotted incredible birds, and then completely unplanned — a pod of orcas showed up right off the ship. We caught the Primetime Ports show to preview our upcoming Alaska stops and watched Honestly Alaska for a deeper look at the culture and wildlife of the region. For dinner we tried Rojo, Virgin's new Spanish tapas-style restaurant, before catching the Diva Goes West and Dual Reality shows. It was a packed sea day with a lot of unexpected highlights.
