Is Samba Grill Worth Booking on Royal Caribbean? Here's Everything You Get..
Is Samba Grill worth the extra cost on a Royal Caribbean cruise? We’re sitting down at Samba Grill Brazilian Steakhouse on Radiance of the Seas for a complete food review, trying everything they brought to our table and sharing our honest reactions along the way! If you’re considering Samba Grill on Allure of the Seas or Radiance of the Seas, this video gives you a closer look at the Brazilian steakhouse experience. We filmed our dinner aboard Radiance of the Seas, so the menu and restaurant setting may differ from what you’ll find on Allure. Samba Grill brings Brazilian-style dining to your cruise with a variety of roasted meats served right at your table. Instead of choosing just one entrée, you can sample different cuts of beef, chicken, pork, and lamb throughout the meal. It sounds like a meat lover’s dream, but how does the food actually taste, and is this a specialty restaurant worth booking? We review all the foods served during our visit, giving you a look at the portions, presentation, and our reactions as dinner progresses. From bacon-wrapped chicken to filet mignon and cinnamon pineapple, there’s plenty to talk about! Here’s what was on the menu during our dinner: 🥓 Frango: Tender chicken breast wrapped in bacon. 🌭 Linguiça: Brazilian-style cured pork sausage. 🥩 Contrafilé com Alho: Garlic-marinated striploin. 🧀 Lombo de Porco com Queijo: Parmesan-crusted pork loin. 🔥 Picanha: Samba Grill’s signature cut of beef, described on the menu as the prime cut of top sirloin. 🍖 Cordeiro: Herb-marinated lamb chops. 🥩 Filé Mignon: Slowly roasted beef tenderloin. 🍍 Abacaxi com Canela: Roasted cinnamon pineapple to finish the meal. With seven different meat selections on our menu, this dinner gave us the chance to compare several flavors and preparations in one sitting. How does the picanha compare with the filet mignon? What about the garlic-marinated steak, Parmesan pork, and lamb chops? We share our thoughts on what arrives at the table so you can decide which dishes you’d want to try. And of course, we couldn’t leave out the roasted cinnamon pineapple! After a dinner filled with savory meats, this sweet finish gets its own moment in our review. Booking specialty dining on a cruise means deciding where you want to spend a little extra. If you enjoy Brazilian steakhouses, trying different cuts of meat, or making dinner a bigger part of your vacation, Samba Grill may already be on your list. Our review shows you our experience so you can decide whether it looks right for you. Whether you’re researching Royal Caribbean specialty dining, looking for a Samba Grill menu and food review, or planning dinner on Allure of the Seas or Radiance of the Seas, we hope this video helps you know more about the restaurant before making a reservation.
