Tampa Bay is one of the Busiest Cruise Ports in America, and they just announced that they are building a fourth Cruise Terminal, opening in 2028/2029. They are Literally running out of room in the port. They welcomed 1.66 million passengers in 2025 and are on pace to break records with 1.8 million in 2026. The Problem is, they are having to turn ships away because there is not enough room to board any more.
