Celebrity Cruise Room Categories Explained
Trying to choose a stateroom on Celebrity Cruises? There are a lot more options than simply inside, ocean view or balcony. Here's a quick breakdown of the major Celebrity stateroom categories: Inside — typically the most affordable option, with no exterior window Ocean View — exterior views without a balcony Panoramic Ocean View — larger windows for expansive views on ships/categories where available Veranda — balcony accommodations, which can include traditional verandas or Celebrity's Infinite Veranda design depending on the ship Prime — generally identifies a more desirable location within a particular stateroom category Concierge Class — veranda accommodations with additional Concierge Class amenities AquaClass — includes exclusive access to Blu restaurant plus spa-focused benefits The Retreat — Celebrity's suite experience with additional amenities and exclusive spaces And this is where choosing the ship becomes important. Not every Celebrity ship has the same stateroom designs, and a traditional balcony and an Infinite Veranda are very different experiences. My family has also experienced The Retreat in a Royal Suite aboard Celebrity Summit, so I can help you decide whether those additional suite benefits make sense for your vacation.
