Avoid this one summer mistake on your cruise ship visit
Valetta, Malta is a beautiful city to visit on a cruise ship, but it's important to be prepared for the summer heat. In this video, I'll show you what it's like to visit Valetta on a cruise ship during a summer heat wave, and I'll share one big mistake to avoid. I started my tour by taking the Barrakka lift up to the city centre. This is a great way to avoid the stairs, especially in the heat, and it is very cheap. Once I was in the city centre, I took what was a large golf cart drive around the city. This was a great way to see some sights quickly. My final stop was the Lasca war rooms. These are a series of underground tunnels and chambers that were used by the British military during World War II. They're a fascinating place to visit, but there's one important thing you need to know if you're on a cruise ship: You need to go back up the stairs to Valletta to get the lift back to the cruise ship! This is because the Lasca war rooms are located at the bottom of a hill.
