In a crazy update to the Cruise Ship passenger that went overboard while sailing on the Carnival Valor it turns out that it was a 32-year old woman that jumped overboard after being detained and handcuffed after an altercation with a man by a hot tub located on the 10th deck. She hit her head on the way down and landed face first into the water.
