The Tokyo Station was rebuilt in 1945 as quickly as possible to help get the Japan economy off the ground. In 2007 the Station was rebuilt again to it's original glory as it was first constructed in 1914. Today it handles 500,000 passengers a day and connected to all of the skyscrapers around it.
