Cruise Tip of the Day - Do you pay the Automatic Gratuities?

This one is definitely gonna ruffle some feathers!! No matter what side you believe in - I really don’t care - as long as you tip accordingly and these amazing crew members get what they DESERVE !!! You can certainly tip the way you want to - I personally do not care how you feel, I will continue to tip the way I PERSONALLY want to. if you think I’m so wrong - please let me know when the comments -and explain to me why. I would really would like to know and would also appreciate your personal feedback. If you would actually take the time to reply to this, I know you were definitely passionate about your thoughts on the matter . Do you honestly feel like the Cruise Lines are trying to screw you over? I need solid concrete evidence. Please provide it! Maybe I am naïve, but I have seen posts from John Heald directly as well as many direct employees from Carnival and Royal Carribean myself - saying they DO, IN FACT- get the automatic gratuities., and their paychecks vary from week to week due to that fact. Could it be different on other cruise lines? - yes. But one thing, the content creators who want to make this information out there as being false as they do not say which Cruise Line specifically until the last five seconds of the video -they just want a viral video that will make them money - and we all know that nobody hangs out that long…… nobody….. so to me that is false entrapment. Sadly, I have heard that many of the crew members are experiencing less income due to people like this… I always stand for the truth and I want to make sure my clients are 100% knowledgeable and what they should do with their money!
