Cunard Queen Elizabeth 2026 New Year. Royal Court Theatre Orchestra Tea Dance, Oye Como Va, Cha Cha

Day 9. This event was a real treat! This afternoon tea had music provided by the Royal Court Theatre Orchestra. lt was clearly advertised in the daily bulletin as a ballroom dancing event. The floor was free from waiters and champagne carts. On the previous 8 tea events, the music was provided by solo guitarists or pianists and thus less favorable for dancing. We recall this use of the Theatre Orchestra also happened on the Queen Anne June 2025. So this is a great option when the ship wants to do something nice for the ballroom dancers.
