Something unexpected happened to us today… and it completely threw off our entire itinerary! We started our final morning in Melbourne doing what we love most—getting some morning steps in on the beautiful Tan Track. After working up an appetite, we treated ourselves to a classic Melbourne long black coffee and hit up the famous Lune Croissanterie to try what many call the best croissants in the world. Next, we spent a wonderful, relaxing late morning exploring the incredible art collections at the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV). It was turning out to be the absolute perfect day... until we checked our phones. Our flight back to Sydney this afternoon was suddenly canceled, leaving us completely stranded with nowhere to go and forcing us to spend an unexpected bonus night here in Melbourne!
