This was in St. Thomas watching the Norwegian Aqua… and the view was absolutely stunning 🌊 But then I noticed that small boat near the front of the ship… I always thought cruise ships had strict safety zones around them 🤔 So now I’m curious… ⚓ Is this actually allowed? ⚓ Do certain boats have permission to get closer? ⚓ Or does it just look closer than it really is?
