Cruise ship captain failed alcohol test!

I discuss a shocking incident where Belgian and Dutch authorities boarded a riverboat cruise ship and discovered the captain was operating under the influence, testing above legal alcohol limits. The captain was immediately suspended, stripped of his command, lost his license, and will face criminal prosecution. I emphasize that thankfully no one was injured and share my strong stance that there should be zero tolerance for alcohol among anyone commanding or working on a cruise ship.
