Animal Kingdom looked amazing all decked out for Christmas, it is truly a must-see! A trip to AK is not complete without a ride on Expedition Everest, so that was our first stop! We checked in at the Nomad Lounge and then checked out the bioluminescence in Pandora at night, which is spectacular! Dinner at the Nomad Lounge may well have been our best dinner yet at any of the 4 Disney parks at WDW! We had pork & beef sliders, lobster macaroni and cheese, ribs and churros, all were amazing!!
