Back-to-Back Cruise on Caribbean Princess | In-Transit Day Explained
What happens when one cruise ends…but you’re staying on the same ship for another one? In this Caribbean Princess video, I take you along for my actual back-to-back cruise turnaround day in Port Canaveral and show what the Princess Cruises in-transit process looked like for me. Melissa is heading home after our first eight nights aboard Caribbean Princess, but I’m staying for another cruise and my husband Tim is joining me. Because I’m also changing cabins, there are a few extra steps involved before the second cruise can begin. I’ll share the in-transit instructions Princess provided before turnaround day, what happened with my luggage and hanging clothes during the cabin change, the options Princess gave me that morning, and then take you along as the in-transit guests meet, leave the ship, complete the terminal process in Port Canaveral, and return to Caribbean Princess. Procedures can vary by ship, sailing and port, so this video shows my experience aboard Caribbean Princess in Port Canaveral. This is the final filmed chapter of this portion of my Caribbean Princess cruise series. I put the camera away for the following six days and simply enjoyed the cruise — but when we return to Port Canaveral, another cruise adventure is waiting for us.
