Royal Caribbean Crown & Anchor + Casino Royale Mis-Merge Nightmare
In this video, we share our ongoing experience with Royal Caribbean’s Crown & Anchor Society and Casino Royale account mis-merge issues. After multiple cruises, countless phone calls, and in-person conversations with Casino Hosts, our loyalty accounts still don’t accurately reflect our points, tier status, or casino activity. We break down what went wrong, how multiple Crown & Anchor numbers were created, why Casino Royale records became inaccessible, and how this has impacted everything from loyalty benefits to downloading accurate win/loss statements for tax purposes. This video is not meant to bash Royal Caribbean, but to document a real issue that many cruisers may not even realize is happening until it’s too late. If you’re part of Crown & Anchor or Casino Royale, this is something you’ll definitely want to check on before your next cruise. If you’ve experienced similar issues, feel free to share your story in the comments. //LOVED THIS CRUISE? LET US BOOK THE NEXT!: reservations@claireandmichaeltravel.com //STOP. SAY HELLO. SNAP A PIC.
