We hit our first two Norwegian ports aboard Celebrity Apex, starting with a full day exploring Haugesund, Norway. After stepping off the ship, we walk downtown to check out the local shops and stop by Naturbakst, a charming coffee shop where we sample delicious pastries and traditional Norwegian school bread. After soaking in the city sights, we return to the ship to recap our day in Haugesund before heading out for a packed evening of Celebrity Apex entertainment, including headline performer James Humphreys, a lively 80s night game show and deck party, and a nightcap at Eden. We also try Tuscan for dinner and review this main dining venue. Our adventure continues the following morning in Ålesund, starting with a relaxing breakfast at the Eden Café before we head ashore to explore the city's iconic architecture. We spend the afternoon sampling more local coffee shop treats, enjoying a picnic with fresh cheese and crackers in a scenic local park, and taking on an incredible guided kayaking excursion through Ålesund’s breathtaking waterways. After sharing our full review of the kayaking tour, we head back on board for a delicious dinner at Cyprus, catch the Tree of Life show, and attempt to catch the evening performance at Eden to cap off an unforgettable two-port itinerary in Norway.
