We discuss a case where a Royal Caribbean passenger, Mark Grant, was given five free cruises for heavy gambling but later had them revoked over card counting accusations. He sued, and an Australian appellate court ruled the cruises couldn't be taken back, as they constituted a contract. The case will proceed to court, with the cruises valued at about 22,000 Australian dollars.
