Muster Drills are back on some Carnival ships!

I talk about Carnival bringing back traditional muster drills on select ships to test crew handling of large crowds, and I argue for expanding drills to include warnings about other cruise dangers like wet decks and port risks, such as recent assaults in the Bahamas.
